Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print, if you are prompted for administrator password or confirmation click OK. Now go through each key in the right pane of the above directory until you locate NoSpooler under Print. If you find NoSpooler listed under Print, right-click on it and select Delete. Restart your computer again and check if your HP 8030 printer is back online now. If not, proceed to Part 3 of this post below.
Part 3: Reinstall HP Drivers
In the first step, download the HP Printer Installer for Windows 10 and install it on your computer. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\HP\HPPrinterOnLine and run hp-setup.exe (If this folder is not there, move to C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard , and proceed from step 2). Follow the onscreen instructions to complete installation of your printer. Restart your computer and you should be able to print again to your HP 8030 printer.
Part 4 (Optional): Delete HP Printer Folder on Disk
If you are sure that you don’t need to print from the offline HP 8030 printer anymore, you can safely remove it from disk. To do so, use this command in Command Prompt:
Remove-Item -Recurse -Force “C:\ProgramData\HP SimpleSave Application”
After executing this command, restart your computer and check if your printer is back online.

Part 5: Reinstall HP Client Solutions Enabler
If your computer still doesn’t recognize your offline HP 8030 printer in spite of completing Part 1 to Part 4 above, you can try reinstalling the HP Client Solutions Enabler by following the steps below. Note that this method will delete all custom settings, so make sure to back up all important data first.
1) Press Windows Key + I on keyboard and hit Control Panel.
2) Click on Programs and Features.
3) Select HP Client Solutions from the list and click Uninstall/Change.
4) In the new window, click Uninstall and follow the onscreen instructions to finish the process.
After the uninstallation process, restart your computer and check if you can print to your HP 8030 printer again.
